Linda Amato

Linda Amato is a New York City-based attorney in private practice. Linda’s unique background in asset management, health care, and law have shaped her expertise in estate-planning matters, enabling her to identify and create optimal plans for each of her clients. She is passionate about working with individuals, and families, and is dedicated to helping her clients avoid probate, and minimize Federal and State taxes. Linda understands that although most clients share many of the same concerns—planning for their loved ones, health care cost in the event of illness, and wealth preservation—she is committed to crafting the best possible, customized estate plan for every client. Linda is admitted to the bar in the State of New York. She is a member of the Elder Law Section, the Trust and Estate Section of the New York State Bar Association, and is also a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys and the National Association of Divorce Professionals.
