Reyne is a well-known media personality and highly sought after appraiser, who has spent over two decades showcasing her extraordinary ability to evaluate a wide range of high-value collectables, including fine jewelry, paintings, luxury watches, and more. As our Worthy Brand Ambassador, Reyne will utilize her extensive knowledge and expertise to further enrich the Worthy community, and we are thrilled to have her on board.
For those who follow the jewelry and design market, Reyne may already be a familiar face. She spent 13 seasons as an expert appraiser for the Emmy nominated PBS series, Antiques Roadshow. Over the course of her career, she has made a name for herself as a go-to authority in the high-end appraisal market. Renowned for having the ability to successfully evaluate everything from antiques and jewelry, to multi-million dollar artwork, she is regularly sought after by both investment firms and high-end estates.
The world of jewelry selling can feel extremely overwhelming and here at Worthy it is our mission to provide the highest level of care, service, and expertise for each client we serve. We feel it is important to ensure that our Brand Ambassador reflects these values and can carry them out to our wider community in an honest way.

I’ve been fortunate enough over the years to be the curator of some amazing items. Curator, meaning I was able to help one owner sell them to another. I was able to have them on consignment, or own them for a short period of time while finding their next home. Many of these items were things I would have never been able to afford to keep, some being museum quality items, but being able to enjoy them for a short period of time will be experiences I’ll never forget. I’ve placed items in important private collections, museums, and corporate collections all over the world. Fast forward to today, I am enjoying partnering with Worthy to help a broader array of jewelry sellers who are looking to get the best value for their pieces.
I grew up in a single parent household. I watched my mother struggle to feed & clothe me, so I saw firsthand how challenging life can be. She worked two jobs, and I took care of myself. After working hard for many years, I went through my own divorce, lost most of my savings, and found myself in my early 40s having to start all over again. You can be successful and one day have the rug pulled out from underneath you. Bouncing back emotionally is hard enough – financially can be even harder.
I had to learn to use all my resources. If that meant selling some of my treasured things I had acquired over the years, then that’s what I would do. I had to learn to look at them differently. They had been prized possessions at one time, and now I realized how fortunate I was to have them. These possessions were now going to be the tool that helped me pay my rent, my car note, and occasionally feed me while I got back on my feet.
It’s funny, as long as I can remember, helping others has been something I have just “done”. When I was a little girl, my grandmother used to say “Reyne you have to help yourself before you help others.” I didn’t agree with that. I always knew I would find my own way, but some people needed my help. I think helping others is simply MY love language. You are either compelled to help others, or you aren’t.
